Job summary

BS&A Software, located in Lansing, Michigan, is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance customer relationships and ensure success with our Cloud platform. The CSM will handle onboarding for new customers and provide ongoing support to existing ones, fostering strong relationships and driving platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Account Management, ideally in SaaS or GovTech.
• Strong knowledge of customer business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts simultaneously.
