Qualifications

• Significant experience engineering and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in large enterprise environments.

• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and public cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform including Compute Engine, networking, IAM, monitoring, and logging.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud and Citrix Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Citrix virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD/DaaS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), VMware virtualization, and hybrid infrastructure environments. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, automation experience, and the ability to support secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD/DaaS) environments.
• Administer and maintain Citrix NetScaler/ADC for secure remote access and application delivery.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure across on-premises data centers and public cloud platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, networking, IAM, monitoring, and logging.
• Administer and maintain VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
• Support and optimize hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and cloud-related issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, or Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Significant experience engineering and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD/DaaS) in large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Citrix NetScaler/ADC administration and secure access architecture.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and public cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Experience supporting Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) environments.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Compute Engine, networking, IAM, monitoring, and logging.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Citrix Certifications: CCP, CCE‑V, or NetScaler certifications.
• Google Cloud Certifications: Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Network Engineer.
• VMware VCP‑DCV certification or equivalent.
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.
