Job summary

Apt is seeking a seasoned Citrix Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Citrix environments. You will work with CVAD, DaaS, NetScaler ADC, and Windows Server platforms to deliver secure, highly available virtual desktops and apps.

Responsibilities include deploying CVAD, managing StoreFront/Director/MCS, and ensuring performance, security, and compliance across the estate. Collaboration with infra, security, and network teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Citrix environments.
• Hands-on experience with CVAD, Citrix Cloud, and DaaS.
• Experience supporting VMware/Hyper-V and Windows Server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and support CVAD environments.
• Administer Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, MCS.
• Monitor system health, performance, and user experience; troubleshoot issues.
• Configure NetScaler ADC, manage load balancing, SSL certs, and gateways.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and apps teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and production support.
