Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Technical Cloud Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for our largest strategic customers. You will bring hands‑on expertise in KVM virtualization and the surrounding ecosystem to help design, validate, and adopt modern private cloud architectures powered with HPE CloudOps Software.

This role sits at the intersection of pre‑sales engineering, solutions architecture, and product strategy, with time spent in technical whiteboard

Qualifications

• Hands‑on production experience with KVM-based hypervisor platforms and related ecosystem.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Strong background in observability, monitoring, logging, and telemetry stacks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with large strategic customers on technical and architectural discussions as a subject‑matter expert on KVM virtualization and cloud infra technologies.
• Design and execute PoCs to demonstrate solution value and validate architecture in customer environments.
• Author design guides and reference architectures documenting deployment, scaling, and operations best practices.
• Provide structured product feedback to engineering representing the voice of the customer and shaping the roadmap.
• Partner with sales, product management, and customer success to support the technical sales cycle from discovery to deployment.
