U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Operations Specialist in Saint Paul, MN to support the CLO Group by maintaining loan and asset data, processing payments, researching discrepancies and ensuring timely issue resolution.

The role emphasizes data handling in a fast-paced financial setting. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with on-site presence, and opportunities to collaborate with agent banks, trustees and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Typically an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically less than two years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Effective interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily reports and dashboards to identify and resolve operational exceptions.
• Process agent bank notices, interest payments, rate settings, paydowns, and other loan-related activity.
• Maintain accurate loan and asset information within CLO systems and assigned portfolios.
• Research discrepancies and investigate missing payments, reports, or transaction activity.
• Partner with agent banks, trustees, and internal teams to resolve issues and obtain missing information.
• Process and track global activity impacting multiple deals and portfolios.
• Ensure activities are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
