  • Process and track global activity impacting multiple deals and portfolios.

Job Description

The Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Group is part of Global Corporate Trust and Custody. This role supports CLO portfolios by maintaining accurate loan and asset information, processing financial transactions, researching discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and operating in a fast-paced financial environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily reports and dashboards to identify and resolve operational exceptions.
  • Process agent bank notices, interest payments, rate settings, paydowns, and other loan-related activity.
  • Maintain accurate loan and asset information within CLO systems and assigned portfolios.
  • Research discrepancies and investigate missing payments, reports, or transaction activity.
  • Partner with agent banks, trustees, and internal teams to resolve issues and obtain missing information.
  • Process and track global activity impacting multiple deals and portfolios.
  • Ensure activities are completed accurately and within required deadlines.

This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 2 years of minimum experience in relevant work. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted.

Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid schedule with approximately 60% on-site attendance.
  • Positions available in St. Paul, MN and Chicago, IL.
  • Manditory overtime is required during month-end and quarter-end periods to support business needs.
Basic Qualifications
  • - Typically an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

This role requires working from a U.S Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
