Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily reports and dashboards to identify and resolve operational exceptions.
• Process agent bank notices, interest payments, rate settings, paydowns, and other loan-related activity.
• Maintain accurate loan and asset information within CLO systems and portfolios.
• Research discrepancies and investigate missing payments, reports, or transaction activity.
• Partner with agent banks, trustees, and internal teams to resolve issues and obtain missing information.
• Process and track global activity impacting multiple deals and portfolios.
• Ensure activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
