Job summary

Flatrock is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their growing team and provide thoughtful, person-centered care to residents. The role is hybrid, with work from home Mondays and Fridays.

You will lead structured group sessions, conduct clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to advance client outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, and a current LLP/LPC/MSW license in Michigan, with experience in group therapy and mental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current LLP/LPC/MSW credential/license in Michigan.
• Prior experience providing group therapy is required.
• Experience with mental health/behavioral health concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured therapeutic group sessions tailored to client needs and treatment goals.
• Complete clinical assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas of focus.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with management and staff.
• Utilize all required communication tools, including FIN.
• Advocate for and protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of all Flatrock residents.
• Maintain flexibility to work hours including evenings and weekends.
