Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and VA licensure are required.
• Experience providing weekly supervision, mentorship, and training to clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinicians and interns, providing weekly supervision and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily clinical operations to maintain high-quality, compliant participant care.
• Lead clinical groups, crisis response, and complex treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure privacy requirements.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

Active, unrestricted Virginia state license
