Job summary

Clarvida in Peoria, Illinois is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LCPC) to lead and supervise clinical staff serving children, adolescents, and families. You will represent Clarvida in interventions, hearings, and school/community meetings, and review client charts to ensure accurate treatment plans.

The role requires on-call availability, occasional evening home visits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW or LCPC in Illinois, or ability to license within 6 months.
• Minimum 1 year direct experience with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff.
• Represent Clarvida during interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings.
• Review client charts to ensure accurate treatment plans and quality services.
• Address complaints and resolve problems related to clinical services.
• Provide direct counseling to an assigned caseload.
• Support staff during occasional evening home visits and participate in on‑call rotation.
