Job summary

Texas Health Resources seeks a Clinical Rotations Coordinator to connect students with rotation experiences. The role partners with contracts, onboarding, and clinical teams to ensure placements are requested, preceptors are coordinated, and student documentation is completed.

Hold a high school diploma and preferred Bachelor's degree; 2 years in education/program coordination and healthcare exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing, business, education or related field preferred.
• 2 years of work experience in education, program coordination, academic/clinical rotations, or related areas required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with computer-based work, navigating multiple software systems, managing email, and keeping digital records organized is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect students to rotation experiences and coordinate with contracts, onboarding, and clinical teams to ensure placements are prepared.
• Identify number of rotation slots available each year with clinical learning and allied health teams.
• Coordinate placement with students and preceptors, and track placement metrics.
• Verify student documentation is completed prior to onboarding.
• Collaborate with external coordinators and partner organizations to align efforts.
• Distribute evaluations and collect feedback to Program Manager.
• Participate in department planning and special projects.
