Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Clinical Rotations Coordinator to connect nursing and allied students with rotation opportunities. The role involves coordinating clinical slots, coordinating with preceptors, schools and contract/onboarding teams to ensure placements are requested, documented, and ready for onboarding.

The position emphasizes collaboration with diverse teams and external coordinators to deliver a smooth student experience and maintain compliant rotation processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing, business, education or related field preferred.
• 2 years work experience in education, program coordination, academic/clinical rotations, or related areas.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with computer-based work across multiple software systems, email management and digital records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates rotation placements and ensures clinical slots are available.
• Collaborates with preceptors and schools to verify documentation and onboarding readiness.
• Works with contracts, onboarding and clinical teams to place and prepare students.
• Coordinates with external coordinators from partner organizations to align rotation experiences.
• Tracks placements, schedules and documentation for compliance and reporting.

Education
