Responsibilities

• Supervises operations of all study staff.
• Writes operations manuals and SOPs for projects.
• Coordinates multi-center trials with NIH, FDA and private foundations.
• Oversees budget management and subcontracts with associated institutions.
• Prepares Case Report Forms and regulatory documents.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
