Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative aspects of multiple clinical research projects from inception to completion.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables and timelines; delegate tasks to study coordinators.
• Develop protocols with PI and staff; organize meetings; ensure adherence to protocols and data agreements.
• Execute and reconcile financial transactions and payments; manage study equipment procurement.
• Manage Central and local IRB submissions, continuing reviews and regulatory reporting.
• Develop recruitment strategies; screen participants and liaison with patients and PIs.
• Create data collection systems and perform data validation and quality control.
• Support study monitoring, audits, and compliance with GCP and FDA/NIH guidelines.
