Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Research Program Manager to coordinate early-stage clinical activities, including concept feasibility studies, with cross-functional teams in Regulatory Affairs, PM, and R&D. This hybrid role requires 3–4 days on-site per week at our Northridge, CA site.

You will lead daily operations, maintain timelines and deliverables, manage a global portfolio of investigator-sponsored studies, and represent MiniMed in discussions with investigators and authorities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Experience coordinating across regulatory affairs, program management, and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program leadership for investigator-sponsored research and early-stage feasibility studies.
• Manages a global portfolio of investigator-sponsored research and clinical programs across multiple products and therapies, maintaining integrated timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Tracks program milestones and dependencies and communicates risks and resolution plans to stakeholders.
• Partners with investigator sponsors and cross-functional teams to support scientifically valid studies conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Coordinates cross-functional clinical research activities, aligning local execution with overall program plans.
• Represents MiniMed in clinical research discussions with investigators, institutions, local customers, and authorities.
