Precision for Medicine is hiring a Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager to deliver evidence-based assessments for pre- and post-award engagements. The role blends clinical interpretation with data analysis to guide country, site, patient-pool, and recruitment decisions, working with BD, Clinical Ops, Medical, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• At least two years of experience in clinical trial feasibility, operations, or epidemiology.
• Ability to interpret clinical, epidemiological and operational data and make clear recommendations.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to feasibility assessments for client proposals.
• Review protocols, assumptions, and plans for US/global trials.
• Perform country/site/country recruitment analyses and competitive landscape reviews.
• Translate evidence into actionable country/site recommendations.
• Develop transparent rationales for assumptions and data limitations.
• Present methods, findings, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BD, Medical, and operations to gather feasibility information.
• Coordinate targeted site and investigator outreach when needed.
• Support bid-defence meetings and client discussions.
• Contribute to methodological improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Work across functions and geographic regions to strengthen offerings.
