MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Research Program Manager in Northridge, CA. This hybrid role leads investigator-sponsored and early-stage feasibility studies, coordinating across PM, Regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's with 5+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years) and experience in investigator-sponsored trials within a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in investigator-sponsored clinical trials.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program leadership for investigator-sponsored research and early-stage feasibility studies.
• Manages a global portfolio of investigator-sponsored research with integrated timelines and deliverables.
• Tracks milestones and communicates risks and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Partners with sponsors and cross-functional teams to support scientifically valid studies.
• Coordinates cross-functional clinical research activities and aligns execution with program plans.
• Represents MiniMed in discussions with investigators and authorities.
• Builds relationships with sponsors, sites, PM, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and R&D.
