Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a PD Program Manager for our New Ventures group in Los Angeles. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive strategy and execution of programs delivering emerging diabetes solutions that benefit patients.

As a key leader, you will own program plans, manage scope, risks, resources, and schedules, and work with engineering, regulatory, quality, marketing, and operations to bring new products from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience managing programs in the medical device domain.
• Strong mastery of product development and new product introduction with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project and other project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead New Product Introduction and Sustaining programs from conception through commercialization.
• Program planning: charters, plans, budget, risks, schedules, interdependencies.
• Lead the program team against plan and provide guidance.
• Coach and mentor team members; manage risks and issues.
• Regularly communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders; build a high-performing team.
