University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Colorado is seeking a Research Services Clinical Program Manager – AAI Program Manager to lead operational and regulatory aspects of a high-profile ophthalmology AI study. You will supervise staff, coordinate imaging workflows, and ensure data integrity across multiple sites.

The role requires strong project management, clinical research experience, and the ability to collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and data scientists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Four years of clinical research or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or health related field preferred.
• Five years clinical research or related experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g. EMR/EHR).
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Experience in ophthalmology research and AI focus.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the oculomics program and study workflows.
• Oversee ophthalmic imaging/photography program and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to study protocol, IRB requirements, and data quality.
• Monitor enrollment, imaging volume, and staffing; drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with investigators and clinics to identify eligible participants.
• Lead meetings: scheduling, agendas, summaries, follow-ups, tracking actions.
• Triage information flow and streamline internal processes.
• Prepare reporting deliverables (enrollment, yearly reports).
• Support enrollment criteria and data evaluation for the study.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to define scope and timelines.
• Manage secure data collection and storage by staff.
