Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions including triage and basic assessments.
• Administer medications and provide referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to plan and implement patient care.
• Document treatments and chart orders in the electronic medical record.
