CareAllies is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to advance Stars PartD initiatives and optimize medication use for physician clients. The role partners with clinical leaders to drive quality and financial outcomes, including academic detailing, interventions, and education of providers in value-based care models.

The pharmacist will conduct comprehensive medication reviews, participate in clinical rounds, and mentor residents in CareAllies PGY-1 programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required; PharmD strongly preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing; Texas license.
• 3+ years managed care or ambulatory care experience.
• Strong communication, independent work style, problem solving.
• Familiarity with CMS programs and quality initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Support academic detailing activities and provider education.
• Analyze medication utilization trends to drive quality improvements.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement projects and clinical rounds.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on therapy and safety.
• May mentor residents in CareAllies PGY-1 program.
