Job summary

You will engage in workflow design, project implementation, documentation, and comprehensive EHR training.

Ideal candidates bring problem-solving and strong communication skills, with the ability to organize priorities and train others on complex topics.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and 2 years experience in a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize clinical information systems to meet goals of patient care, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead workflow design, project implementation, documentation, and end user training.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to develop efficient workflows for end users of software applications.
• Provide EHR training and competency development for end users.
• Participate in projects, meetings and workshops; gather information and prioritize to meet deadlines.
