RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian for a part-time, hybrid role. The position offers 18-26 hours per week with 50% remote telehealth and one onsite visit weekly.

Compensation is $40.00-$45.00 per hour, with travel reimbursement paid at the same hourly rate for travel to and from the facility. Responsibilities include comprehensive nutritional assessments, care plan development, patient education, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state).
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Conduct nutritional assessments on new admissions and quarterly thereafter.
• Develop, implement, and monitor nutrition care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other care team members.
• Ensure compliance with CMS/DOH regulations.
• Monitor residents' weight weekly/monthly.
