Job summary

Artlogic is seeking a Client Liaison Generalist to join our global, collaborative team. This entry-level role handles day-to-day inquiries via email and phone, helps new clients access accounts, and gathers feedback for cross-team improvements.

You may be a recent graduate or have SaaS support experience, with a passion for art and technology. Expect a fast-paced environment, opportunities to learn, and a structured onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or junior professional in art/tech with internship or entry-level experience in a gallery, auction house, or arts org.
• Experience in SaaS or technology customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy and diplomacy.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day email and phone support across Artlogic's full platforms via a shared team rota.
• Be the first point of contact for galleries, artists and collectors; resolve product questions and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Deliver new client accounts and introduce clients to the support team, setting a positive initial experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation.
• Support finance operations by handling billing or account-related queries as needed.
• Over time, build product knowledge to a specialist level and provide coverage across the team.
