Job summary

Artlogic is seeking a Client Liaison - Generalist US to join its hybrid team in New York and Atlanta. You will handle day-to-day inquiries, onboard new clients, and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

You may come from a SaaS or arts background, with a passion for art and technology, and you will grow into a specialist role while supporting operations and product improvements.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Art or Art History, or related discipline.
• Experience in gallery, museum, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day email and phone support across Artlogic’s full platforms.
• Be the first point of contact for galleries, artists and collectors, resolving questions and escalating as needed.
• Deliver new client accounts and onboarding to the support team and set the tone for their experience.
• Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.
• Support finance operations by handling billing queries.
• Over time, build product knowledge to a specialist level.
