Socket.dev is hiring a Client Success Specialist to support our client success team in Utah. You will work with Client Success Managers to nurture client relationships, ensure campaigns run smoothly, and align digital strategies with client goals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive problem solving, and teamwork to drive client satisfaction and long-term retention across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Able to build relationships and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Success Managers to assist new and existing clients.
• Maintain regular client communication and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move campaigns and priorities forward.
• Set and maintain clear client expectations.
• Learn clients' business goals and digital marketing strategy.
• Identify and help resolve client questions or concerns.
• Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and account success.
• Identify opportunities for additional services for clients.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and skill-building activities.
