CJ is a leader in performance marketing and is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to contribute to services and infrastructure powering our platform. You will work hands-on with a modern stack including Java, Scala, Kotlin, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, and React.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, take ownership of production systems, and continuously improve both software and engineering practices in a hybrid work setup, three days per week in the CJ office.

Qualifications

• We are looking for experienced engineers with foundational skills.
• We are not looking for experience with a specific language, framework, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design/implementation by drawing from customer/stakeholder feedback.
• Make small, consistent improvements to the code base without disrupting the product owner's needs.
