Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Norristown, PA is seeking a Client Services Specialist to manage client communications and coordinate construction and maintenance projects. The role offers a hybrid schedule with two work-from-home days per week and a starting pay of $22 per hour.

You will handle calls and emails, prepare proposals, maintain CRM notes, enter work orders, source vendors, and follow up on project tasks. Prior office experience and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within a professional office setting (Customer Service, Administrative Support, Scheduling, Dispatching, etc).
• Experience working within MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails to clients to coordinate construction and maintenance services.
• Write and submit proposals to clients for approval.
• Maintain detailed notes with the CRM system.
• Review and enter work orders into the system.
• Sourcing new vendors for projects.
• Follow up with clients on work orders and other project-related tasks.
