• Minimum of two years of experience in client service or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Comfortable using approved AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors within an assigned territory as part of a team-based servicing model.
• Respond to advisor inquiries across channels with timely and accurate resolution.
• Build familiarity and relationships with advisors in the territory to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with team members to balance workload and maintain consistent service coverage.
• Guide advisors on systems, custodial requirements, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Use AI-generated advisor insights to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and service improvement.
• Provide training and ongoing education to drive adoption and reduce service friction.
• Manage advisor requests from intake through completion by analyzing issues and coordinating with internal teams.
