Orion is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist in the Greater Cincinnati area to deliver proactive relationship support to advisors with hybrid onsite work. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, summarize interactions, surface insights, and improve service while maintaining compliance.

You will respond to advisor inquiries across channels, guide on systems and workflows, and collaborate with teams to ensure consistent service and high advisor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of client service or financial services experience.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service to advisors in an assigned territory.
• Respond to advisor inquiries across phone, email, and chat with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Guide advisors on systems, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Support advisor adoption of Orion platforms and AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
