The candidate will support a shared portfolio, respond to inquiries across channels, and guide advisor use of Orion platforms. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in client service or financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; AI-enabled tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve advisors within an assigned territory with team-based servicing.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely resolutions.
• Build relationships with advisors to ensure consistent service in shared coverage.
• Educate advisors on systems, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Provide proactive outreach using AI-generated insights to improve service quality.
