Job summary

Alliant Credit Union seeks a senior leader to drive strategy, growth, and member experience across retirement, investment and insurance services. You will align advisor performance, partner governance and compliance to expand access to financial guidance and deepen member relationships.

Responsibilities include shaping the wealth management strategy, managing external partnerships, and coordinating sales and marketing plans to support Alliant’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• 8+ years of investment/wealth management experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• FINRA registrations preferred: Series 7, 24, 63/65/66.

Responsibilities

• Lead Alliant Wealth Management strategy, annual plan, budget, and growth roadmap.
• Expand member awareness and participation in retirement, investment, and insurance services.
• Use data, metrics and insights to monitor performance and adjust strategy.
• Define goals, accountabilities and operating routines for the team.
• Ensure compliance, governance and alignment with broker-dealer partnerships.
• Manage external partner relationships for service quality and regulatory alignment.
