  • Apply established quality review procedures, validation controls, checklists, and approval standards across recurring reporting.
  • Maintain service queues, reporting calendars, service expectations, and workload information to support timely delivery and appropriate escalation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, resolve routine service matters, and align deliverables with client needs.
  • Ensure new, customized, or exception-based reporting requests and process changes are documented, assessed, approved through appropriate governance channels, and operationally sustainable.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen service quality, operational discipline, efficiency, governance, and the client experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in institutional client reporting, investment operations, performance reporting, asset management operations, or a related financial services function.
  • Working knowledge of institutional client reporting and common client deliverables, including performance, holdings, benchmark, and investment data reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting quality control, service intake, workflow management, governance, or operational controls in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build productive partnerships across teams and engage professionally with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence corresponding directly with institutional clients and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting process improvement, documentation, governance, or operational risk initiatives within an asset management or financial services environment
