The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the Newark office and two days remote. You will partner with reporting teams and technology to streamline delivery, manage multiple projects, and advance data-driven reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4 years of asset management work experience.
• Experience with direct lending private credit.
• Experience with reporting tools and data flows.
• SQL querying experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, information systems, technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Improve clarity and usefulness of major reporting deliverables.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce cycle time or manual effort.
• Liaise between Client Reporting and Technology groups.
• Manage competing projects and issues.
• Anticipate issues affecting reporting deadlines and take action.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners.
• Keep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends.
