You will stay in frequent contact with assigned distributors or direct accounts, working with Sales Directors and product managers to deliver exceptional, tailored service.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in customer service, travel up to 10%, and proficiency with Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service setting.
Strong listening, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Ensure customer/distributor satisfaction meets or exceeds expectations.
Maximize adoption and growth of Hubbell products.
Visit key customers/distributors as needed.
Coordinate with Sales Directors and product managers.
Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure policy compliance.
On-board new customers/distributors in your area and grow relationships.
Coordinate quotations with internal resources.
Maintain Salesforce opportunity data and leads.
