Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of Disability and Life Group Benefits experience, emphasis on account management preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain the Group Life & Health license including Continuing Education.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and present to groups of varying sizes.
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow your book of business.
• Proactively support clients with stewardship meetings and annual enrollment activity.
• Develop and execute book of business strategies aligned with profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Brokers, Regional Account Executives, and Underwriters.
• Drive renewals and coordinate resources to meet client needs.
• Identify process improvements for clients and broader base.
