Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and refer borrower requests to appropriate servicing units.
• Provide detailed referrals with loan documents and investor requirements.
• Monitor loan trigger events to meet deadlines and take appropriate actions.
• Assess risk on loans, including construction draws and servicing transfers.
• Coordinate with management and borrowers to complete requests.
