Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a skilled loan servicing professional to manage a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans and sustain Berkadia’s servicing relationships. You will ensure compliance with loan documents and servicing agreements while coordinating with lenders, counsel, and trustees to process requests and monitor performance.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, prepare underwriting recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to support timely funding draws and asset

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and lenders for a portfolio of commercial loans.
• Administer daily loan portfolio activities, including status checks and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare underwriting recommendations for approval by Berkadia managers or external lenders.
• Collaborate with counsel, rating agencies, and trustees as needed.
• Review loan documents and servicing contracts to ensure compliance and proper administration.
• Prepare quarterly asset summaries and surveillance reports for lenders.
