Job summary

Polsinelli PC is seeking a Client Receivables Specialist to join our Finance team in a hybrid capacity across multiple offices including Denver. You will lead collections activities, respond to inquiries, and help drive revenue performance with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in law firm or B2B collections, excellent communication and relationship skills, and proficiency with ARCS and 3E. Prior AmLaw 100 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in law firm collections or B2B collections.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with ARCS and 3E is a plus.
• Prior AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist with collections focusing on delinquent accounts and inquiries.
• Maintain communication with Clients and Billing Attorneys regarding inventory status.
• Provide monthly updates to Billing Attorneys on client inventory positions.
• Assist in forecasting and achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Ensure high-quality service while maintaining internal controls.
• Collaborate with billing team to deliver invoices and address concerns.
• Identify inventory trends and develop action plans.
• Support CFO and Directors to drive turnover results.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely client postings.
