Job summary

Redwood Logistics, LLC in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Client Logistics Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service while overseeing daily operations for key accounts. You will learn transportation planning across LTL, Truckload, and Intermodal with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite; 2 remote).

You’ll build loads, plan shipments, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries. A strong customer service background and multitasking ability are essential to succeed in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year with customer service experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build loads and plan shipments for LTL, Truckload and Intermodal.
• Schedule appointments and respond to customer requests via email and phone.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for key customer accounts.
• Maintain carrier and customer relationships in collaboration with teams.
• Investigate and resolve issues such as delays, missed pickups, or damaged freight.
