Job summary

You will coordinate with impound lots, agents, and clients to facilitate vehicle releases, review documentation, and track cases in internal systems, contributing to recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, support, or service environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn systems, workflows, and compliance requirements quickly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily workflows with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Provide consistent, professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Learn systems, processes, and recovery lifecycle workflows.
• Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
• Escalate issues appropriately through the defined support path.

• Demonstrate accountability for assigned work and outcomes.
• Coordinate with impound lots, agents, and clients to facilitate vehicle releases.
• Review and validate impound documentation, fees, and legal requirements.
• Track and manage impound cases using internal systems and client portals.
