Job summary

United is seeking an Impound Specialist at our Corporate office in Kansas City, MO. You will learn our databases and build strong relationships with clients and field agents by answering questions and providing detailed account information.

Essential responsibilities include resolving inquiries, documenting requests, assisting with affiliate/departments tasks, delivering outstanding customer service, and accurately routing information to agents and locations.

Responsibilities

• Resolving customer inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Document client inquiries and requests efficiently in our system.
• Assisting our Affiliate Department, as well as our Pre Skip/Suspend team with other tasks requested.
• Providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Accurately assigning data information received by our clients to repossession agents, branch locations and affiliates.
