IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support Client Managers and Client Executives in coordinating and delivering services to clients. The role sits at the hub of multiple functions and offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing team.

You will interact with Personal Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, phone, and in-person, with a requirement to be in-office 50%+ of the time. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a professional designation is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency required.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Attain and maintain professional designation or license.
• Limited travel required (less than 25%).
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact expertly and timely in support of Personal Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, phone, and in-person.
• Ability to perform functions of the role within an IMA office 50% or more of the time.
• Monitor and prioritize workload, taking deadlines and special instructions into account with strong attention to detail.
• Assist Account Managers by completing tasks linked to client-facing work products in the Center of Excellence.
