The role follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days three per week at the Memphis Corporate Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
• High School diploma required.
• General experience in customer/account servicing: 4–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with information requests and refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Answer calls and assist callers or email/mail inquiries with basic requests.
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Enter and verify data in branch systems for accuracy and accessibility.
• Maintain files and records and organize daily work schedule.
• Follow procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Develop skills through training and coaching.
