Renewable Careers Limited in Orlando, Florida, is offering a two-year, full-time rotational program for early-career professionals aiming to understand the entire clean energy business before specializing.

You will complete three eight-month rotations across Development, Engineering & Construction, and Finance & Asset Management, with a permanent placement on the team after completion and mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets, and learning new tools.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across a business.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with ownership from week one.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits.
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a mentor.
• Build cross-functional fluency to accelerate careers in this industry.
