Renewable Careers Limited in the United States is seeking an entry-level engineer to support our renewables projects. You will learn from seasoned engineers while taking on real responsibilities across solar, wind and energy storage developments.

Responsibilities include design reviews, energy estimates, interconnection tasks and data-driven performance analysis, with travel to project sites in Texas and nearby states. A strong academic background and curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy and clean energy transition.
• Strong analytical ability with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to simplify technical topics.
• Proactive, curious, and quick learner with ownership mindset.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Support engineering across the project pipeline and learn from experienced engineers.
• Assist with design reviews for solar, wind and BESS projects.
• Prepare energy production estimates and site evaluations.
• Assist with interconnection applications and ERCOT coordination.
• Review submittals from contractors and vendors.
• Support construction and commissioning with site travel.
• Analyze performance data and suggest improvements.
• Help improve tools, templates and standards used by the team.
