Renewable Careers Limited seeks early-career professionals for a two-year rotational program based in San Diego. You will rotate through Development, Engineering & Construction, and Finance & Asset Management, gaining exposure to site identification, permitting, interconnection, design and project finance.

The program emphasizes mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and a permanent placement after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or related field.
• Interest in clean energy and decarbonization.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a full team member in each rotation with real deliverables from week one.
• Support live projects: analyses, models, applications, technical reviews and site visits across the country.
• Present work to senior leaders at the end of each rotation.
• Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor.
• Build cross-functional fluency across teams to accelerate career growth.
