Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) is seeking a Clean Energy Data Specialist to drive data insights, reporting, and rigorous program operations for commercial managed charging.

You will work with complex datasets, perform timely payment processing, enroll customers, and convert charging data into actionable insights to scale E‑Mobility programs and meet state clean energy goals. This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Well organized and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to structure and analyze large datasets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with data cleaning, visualization and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Smart Charge Commercial and SmartCharge Tech programs, including enrollment tracking.
• Perform analysis of interval data to evaluate charging behavior, load patterns, and program performance.
• Maintain and update program dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Assist in validating and reconciling customer, site-based, and fleet charging data across systems.
• Monitor key program metrics and flag inconsistencies or issues.
• Identify data quality issues and elevate for resolution to ensure reliable reporting.
• Support development of summaries and insights for program adjustments and operational decision-making.
• Document processes, program updates, reporting methodologies and collaborate with internal stakeholders for data requests.
• Prepare materials for leadership updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and workflows.
• Create a workplace environment that fosters inclusion, leadership, safety, and professionalism; report on-site to Spring Valley on a hybrid schedule.
