Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience using Zoom or comparable videoconferencing.
• Experience providing customer service, educational support, technology support, or related assistance.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Classroom Support — assist instructor during live sessions with in-person and remote students.
• Launch, monitor, and manage Zoom sessions and classroom tech; ensure remote students can see/hear and participate.
• Provide operational support to instructor regarding Zoom tools and virtual classroom features; assist online students.
• Document classroom technology issues, support requests, and outcomes; report patterns to supervisor.
