Job summary

PURE Insurance in Charleston, SC is hiring an AssociateMember Advocate in a full-time, hybrid role with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. This position centers on delivering exceptional service to members during difficult times and guiding them through the claims lifecycle.

Starting salary is $53,000 with a potential promotion to $55,500 within six months, including overtime eligibility. Onboarding, state licenses, and commuter support are provided as part of the program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions with members, provide proactive member outreach, and handle service requests to completion; focusing on empathetic service, active listening, and building trust.
• Handle follow-ups on glass and tow auto claims, applying coverage, setting reserves, and bringing claims to resolution.
• Quickly respond to member and agent inquiries via telephone, email and mail, making it easy for them to work with us.
